Our Story

We are a family run business offering authentic Vietnamese street food in our hometown of Tring. Our story starts back in Hanoi, Vietnam where my Mum 'Mai' (pronounced 'my') was born. She moved to England aged 18, after spending a lot of her childhood in France. We still have family living in the vibrant Ho Chi Minh City! After visiting Vietnam a number of times, I fell in love with the culture, welcoming people & delicious healthy, fresh food.
